Founded in 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we support the most innovative companies by optimizing their workflows through integrating in-house technology with our crowdsourced team of remote SupaAgents. With our hybrid human intelligence-machine system, we specialize in preparing clean and accurate datasets to train artificial intelligence.  

Our solutions include image annotation, data transcription and data tagging & categorization. Our use cases include autonomous vehicles, facial landmark recognition, visual search, geospatial imaging, sentiment analysis, optical character recognition, search relevance, named-entity recognition.

About the Role

As an integral member of the Supahands community management team (known as the SupaAgent Hub), you will be one of the South East Asian pioneers in this upcoming and exciting industry. Take part in developing and executing a world class community management strategy. Make a tangible impact on the business as well as individual community members’ lives. Your Responsibilities

  • Spend a large portion of your day chatting online and engaging with our community members, keeping your finger on the community's "pulse" and knowing at all times the health and mood of the community. 
  • Generate and implement ideas for content to amplify positive emotions and diminish negative ones in the community.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the SupaAgent onboarding processes, including coming up with and executing ideas for improved operational efficiency.
  • Update tracking data in a timely and accurate manner to enable meaningful analysis and data driven decisions. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to bridge the community and business goals.
  • Support team members in other activities as needed.

You Should Come With

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to engage community members with warmth and empathy.
  • Creativity, able to ideate for engaging content in all formats. Basic skills in design is an advantage (e.g. Photoshop, Canva).
  • An eye for detail, with a low tolerance for errors.
  • An analytical mind, results oriented, and data driven. Basic skills in Google Sheets is an advantage. 
  • Resourcefulness and a can-do attitude, requiring minimal hand-holding.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to make the most of your personal time and always meeting deliverables in a timely manner.
  • A passion for empowering people and adding value to the community.
  • A degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Human Resource, Psychology, Marketing, Business or other majors. 
  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply!  

Bonus If You Have: Previous working experience that involves handling a community.
